Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang praised Chinese language developed synthetic intelligence fashions reminiscent of DeepSeek as “world-class” and asserted that AI is now “elementary like electrical energy”, Reuters reported
Talking on the third China Worldwide Provide Chain Expo (CISCE) in Beijing at the moment, on July 16, Huang added that China’s open-source AI is a “catalyst for international progress”, as per an AFP report.
“AI is remodeling each trade, from scientific analysis and healthcare to power, transportation and logistics,” Huang said.
“AI powers Chinese language platforms like Tencent… Fashions developed in China like DeepSeek, Alibaba and Tencent are world-class,” he stated, including that AI at the moment “is key infrastructure, like electrical energy”.
